 The Position 

As a Senior Specialist – Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region. You will play a key role in executing sales strategies, supporting contract negotiations, handling customer escalations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue opportunities.

 

You will work closely with customers, marketing teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful sales execution and long-term customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities 

  • · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve organizational revenue and growth objectives.

    · Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads within the assigned territory.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

    · Coordinate with marketing teams to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns and market activities.

    · Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

    · Support customers through the service activation process and address inquiries promptly.

    · Assist in negotiating commercial agreements and contracts with clients.

    · Handle customer service escalations and ensure timely resolution.

    · Maintain and expand the company’s prospect and customer database.

    · Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

    · Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    · Contribute to sales performance optimization initiatives and target achievement plans.

    · Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.

    Education & Experience 
  • · Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

    · 5+ years of experience in product sales, preferably within the Logistics and Supply Chain industry.

    · Proven experience in business development, account management, and customer acquisition.

    · Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    · Experience in customer negotiations and contract management.

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
