The Position

The Deployment Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and deployment of products and services provided by Telenity. Customer satisfaction and meeting the revenue recognition targets are the foremost priorities. Telenity’s standard suite of products and services include VAS Consolidation, Digital Services Enhancement, and Location-Based Services.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility doimain starts from the moment of getting the PO until getting acceptance signed and afterwards cleaning snag list.
  • Assuming end to end responsibility to ensure that contractually agreed deliverables are successfully delivered to customer.
  • Contribution to RFP for Project Management related items
  • Defining scope, milestones, tasks, risks, assumptions, objectives and dependencies related to the projects
  • Constructing the project plan and conducting project kick-off meetings
  • Identifying resource requirements, negotiating with the relevant units for resources, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Control, follow-up execution of the project and updates the activities in the time plan for all projects with internal teams and the customer,
  • Coordinating and responding to requests for changes
  • Identifying, documenting, publishing and tracking action items, owners, and due dates
  • Creating, updating and regularly sharing the project status with the customer,
  • Preparing status reports to keep management, clients, and project team informed of project status and related issues
  • Coordinating vendors when needed
  • Coordinating and tracking equipment orders and shipments to meet project deadlines
  • Making sure that revenue milestones are tracked and fulfilled
  • Signing of project and ER acceptance documents,
  • Recommending appropriate process and procedure revisions as needed to focus on continuous improvement
  • Use related tools (Microsoft Project, excel, Jira) to document, schedule, track and report on the various projects

Education & Experience

  • B/S degree or equivalent education
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience that includes 2 years of experience within the Telecom industry
  • PMP certification is preferred.

Work Conditions

  • Work on site, travel internationally
  • No telecommuting
  • Must be willing to work outside normal business hours, including weekends, late nights and holidays
