We are seeking an outstanding full-time digital services and API operation engineer to provide daily operation and maintenance of Telenity products.
Your duties will include handling operation tickets created by customers over Jira ticketing tool and taking actions within the SLA periods defined, creating product reports, improving service monitoring, performing operational automations, and contributing to operational documentations.
You must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. You will also need to have strong communication, organizational and customer service skills. Attention to details, the ability to work in teams, as well as independently are required for being successful in this role.
Knowledge in Telecommunications and experience in related tools to provide high quality operations.
