Canvas® VoiceMail is a carrier grade platform that provides message storage, retrieval and forwarding capabilities with high capacity, performance, reliability and near-linear scalability. It offers easy and friendly self-provisioning options for subscribers. It allows callers to leave voice messages to subscribers even if they are out of coverage, busy, or simply just not available. Canvas VoiceMail includes a rich feature set that encourages service penetration and ensures on-going subscriber satisfaction, thereby increasing carrier ARPU and reducing subscriber churn.
Canvas® VoiceMail provides assigned mailboxes to each subscriber, thereby guaranteeing message safety. Users are informed of all incoming video messages with enhanced notification options (SMS, email, outdial), and they can retrieve them using multiple access points. Carriers can also protect and enhance call completion revenues by adding unified/multimedia messaging features and by extending the existing voice mail service with other Canvas products that can raise the usage and enjoyment in the whole messaging experience.
Provided with the multi-platform Visual Voice Mail Client, Canvas VoiceMail enables subscribers with better user experience and flexible voice mail capabilities.
