canvas VoiceMail
Canvas® VoiceMail provides a state-of-the-art messaging platform that helps wireless and wireline network operators improve customer satisfaction and create additional revenue sources.

The Canvas brand covers multiple solutions with key components that are optimal for future growth in the evolving next generation networks (3G/IMS). Each Canvas product offers not only a point solution, but also re-usable building blocks that seamlessly integrate with other Canvas products as well as with Telenity partner solutions.

Canvas VoiceMail is a member of the Canvas Converged Value Added Services portfolio. It is a carrier grade platform that provides message storage, retrieval and forwarding capabilities with high capacity, performance, reliability and near-linear scalability.

Canvas VoiceMail also supports high-level customization that enables service providers to configure the platform to best fit for their needs.

Voice Mail Users
Canvas VoiceMail allows the definition of different class of users. It is possible to create different user types like Subscriber and Temporary user with different set of features. Both user classes can coexist concurrently in the system, allowing a wireless operator to serve subscribers with different needs on the same platform.

Message Box
Canvas VoiceMail provides mailboxes to subscribers. Messages for each subscriber are stored in his/her own mailbox for retrieval. Service providers can configure the size of these message boxes to fit their business models.

Access Methods
Canvas VoiceMail provides access for message storage, retrieval and mailbox management from multiple media sources. Subscribers can access their mailboxes through fixed telephone, mobile phone and the Internet. Devices utilized by the user may support more than one access methods.

Multiple Language Support
Canvas VoiceMail offers Multilanguage support. Subscribers can utilize multiple languages that are defined in the Canvas VoiceMail depending on their personal preferences. Operators can add new languages to the system by simply introducing the system announcements in a new language. The platform is capable of switching to a new language immediately without service interruption.
