The East AfricaCom 2010 took place during April 27-28, 2010 in Nairobi, Kenya.

With a 6 year legacy of driving growth in East Africa’s telecommunications industry, East AfricaCom continued to be the one-stop shop event where delegates took advantage of learning, networking and business development opportunities to expand their operations in the most dynamic part of this booming continent.

East AfricaCom 2010 event brought together wireless operators, vendors, developers and industry leaders from across the world to discuss future strategies, business models, and the challenges and opportunities facing today’s wireless services. Attendees benefited from a much deeper and invaluable learning experience and understood in greater detail the key technological and commercial opportunities within  the East Africa market. Investment in networks for convergence value added services and cost-management strategies came out as key focus points for East African operators
