Through our Online Customer Support Center, you can submit a Web-based Incident Report (IRN) to let us know any product enhancement requests or product related issues you may have. In order to submit an IRN, please go to our Online Customer Support Center and complete all of the required information on the form. All received IRNs are reviewed, issued an Incident Number, prioritized as they are received and responded to in a timely manner. All follow ups regarding the submitted incidents should go through the Telenity Customer Support Center and include the Incident Number whenever possible.
