Executive Changes at Telenity

Monroe, CT – December 2, 2008 - Telenity (www.telenity.com), a leading provider of next generation converged services platforms and applications for communications networks, announced today that Dilip Singh has stepped down as CEO at Telenity Inc. citing personal reasons as the cause.

Mr. Roger Whitham is promoted to General Manager of Telenity Inc., USA. and will assume responsibility for business operations in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions. Mr. Serif Beykoz will continue as General Manager of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) regions. Telenity’s operations will continue to grow without any interruptions under the leadership of the existing Executive Management Team and guidance of Advisory Committee comprised of the three original founders.
