Telenity Appoints Norbert Van Loo as Director of Pre-sales

Van Loo to Lead Pre-sales Operations for Americas and Asia Pacific

Monroe, CT. - September 23, 2004 – Telenity (www.telenity.com), a leading global provider of value added service delivery platforms and applications, today announced the appointment of Norbert Van Loo as Director of Pre-sales. In this new role, supporting the company's global expansion strategy, Van Loo will lead Telenity's pre-sales and program management activities for Americas and Asia Pacific regions. He will report directly to Dilip Singh, President of Telenity.

A telecom veteran with over 30 years of industry experience in sales and customer services, Van Loo will focus on ensuring the pre-sales process remains an efficient engine that meets both the company's business objectives and the requirements of its customers.

Most recently, Val Loo was Director of Business Development at ADC Telecom Software Systems Division. Prior to ADC Telecom, Van Loo was Director of International Sales at NewNet where he developed the company's international sales organization in Europe, Far East and Latin America. Previously, Van Loo served as Director Customer Services for Belgacom. Before that, he was the STR Group Director for Alcatel Network Systems. Before Alcatel, Van Loo served at MCI International as Senior Manager Network Implementation. Prior to MCI, he was Executive Manager for Planning and Software Productivity at ITT Corporation. Van Loo holds an engineering degree from RHTS, a premier university in Ghent, Belgium.
