Telenity wins HP award for channel excellence
Monroe, CT ( May 10, 2004 ) – Telenity, a leading global provider of open service delivery platforms and applications to the wireless industry, today announced that Telenity has won the HP Software Channel Excellence Award.
The annual award, now in its seventh year, recognizes HP partners in Europe, the Middle East and Africa for their leadership in channel sales with HP OpenView and HP OpenCall software sales, implementation, customer service and joint solutions development. This year's award will be presented at the HP Software Business Perspectives in Lago Maggiore, Italy, May 9-12.
Telenity is being recognized for closing a multimillion dollar sale with Azercell, a Fintur Holdings company, and the largest wireless operator in Azerbaijan.
The agreement included Telenity's Canvas service delivery platform for value-added services, integrated with HP OpenCall Media Platform, and Telenity's Canvas Multimedia Messaging Service Center, Short Message Service Center, USSD Gateway and Roamer Service Center, and advanced applications, which include Voice Mail, PayForMe, Roamers Callback, Roamers Welcome, Televoting, and Missed Call Alert.
