Bekir Serbet - Founder and BoD Member
Bekir Serbet provides the vision and entrepreneurial spirit to help Telenity become a market leader in the next generation broadband enhanced services market.
Serbet has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before founding Telenity, Serbet was a co-founder of NewNet in 1989 where successfully led NewNet to become a pioneer and market leader in computer-centric SS7 signaling and switching. He forged strong business relationships with Sprint, AT&T, Hughes Network Systems, Cisco (Summa Four), Alcatel, Nortel, and Comverse Technology, and led NewNet into an acquisition by ADC Telecommunications in 1997. Previously, Serbet held several business development, engineering and operations positions at leading carriers and network equipment vendors such as Ameritech, Nortel and Alcatel.
Serbet holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Ilhan Bagoren - Founder and Chairman
Ilhan Bagoren has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Before founding Telenity, Bagoren was a co-founder of NewNet in 1989 where he managed NewNet's technology and architecture strategy and pioneered new technology developments in computer-centric SS7 signaling and switching. Previously, Bagoren held several business development, engineering and operations positions at leading network equipment vendors such as Nortel and Alcatel.
Bagoren holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Dilip Singh - President and CEO
As President and CEO of Telenity, Dilip Singh provides the leadership in developing global business strategy, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring the company's sustained growth, profitability and international expansion.
Dilip Singh has over 35 years of operational executive management experience with major fortune 500 telecom carriers and equipment vendors including SPRINT, GTE, ADCT, NewNet, ALCATEL and UNITED DATABASE, venture capitalist, and entrepreneurial experience with start ups and early stage companies. Telecom infrastructure and operational software systems experience includes: public and early stage private companies; high-growth and turnaround companies; acquisitions and mergers; and extensive international marketing and sales.
Prior to his most recent position as President of ADC's Software Systems Division, Singh was an Entrepreneur in Residence at MC Venture Partners responsible for developing investment thesis and then concentrating efforts in pursuing investments in information technology and telecom market segments. Previously, Singh served as President of NewNet, a telecom infrastructure software startup, which was acquired by ADC in 1997. Prior to NewNet, he served at Sprint Corporation as Executive Director of Intelligent Network Services and OSS Planning and Development. Before that Singh served as Co-founder/Joint Managing Director of United Database Corporation, a ground-zero start up which introduced Yellow Pages in India. Prior to United Database, Singh was an independent telecom consultant for Alcatel in England, Germany and Italy.
Singh holds a Masters of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology and a Masters of Science from the University of Jodhpur.

Serif Beykoz - General Manager, Telenity Europe
As General Manager of Telenity Europe, Serif Beykoz focuses on the day-to-day business operations of Telenity Europe as well as developing and executing Telenity's business strategy in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. Beykoz also oversees the complete product management and development lifecycle to help operator customers launch successful, commercial services.
Before Telenity's acquisition of Telsoft, Beykoz served as the General Manager of Telsoft where he was responsible for creating a leader in telecommunications software and services. While managing Telsoft, Beykoz also served as the General Manager of Intelnet, a Turkish data communications company. Before joining Telsoft and Intelnet, he was a telecommunication software specialist in Alcatel for 15 years.
Beykoz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University and a Masters degree in Business Administration from European University.

Nitin Patel - VP Strategic Marketing
As VP Strategic Marketing, Nitin Patel provides the strategic direction surrounding key product and services offerings in next generation wireless and wireline broadband networks.
Nitin Patel has over 17 years experience in telecommunications and wireless Internet in both business and technology management for Wireless enhanced services, IP multimedia, Messaging, next generation class-5 switching, IP Telephony, Service Delivery, Signaling SS7 and Advanced Intelligent Networks.
Prior to Telenity, Nitin provided expert services to a leading telecommunications company Taqua Systems, Inc. (now Tekelec), for its next-generation class-5 switch product line. Previously, Nitin held product management position at ADC Telecommunications in the enhanced services division, where he led roadmaps for SS7 IP and wireless products. Prior to ADC, at NewNet Inc., Nitin led R&D teams for the development of Wireless Intelligent networking products.
Nitin holds a Business Management degree from MIT Sloan School in Boston, and a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bombay.

Gurol Akman – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
As CTO, Gurol Akman spearheads the development of technologies surrounding key product and services offerings in next generation wireless and wireline broadband networks.
Akman has over 22 years of comprehensive experience in carrier-grade distributed systems and infrastructure software design and development. Prior to Telenity, Mr. Akman served as the Chief Architect of the Signaling Business Line of SS8 Networks (a.k.a. ADC NewNet), Chief Technical Officer of Telsoft A.S. (a telecom startup), and a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs.
Akman holds a PhD degree in Electrical, Computer, and Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Kenan Esmer – VP Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Kenan Esmer is responsible for managing the overall engineering organization for the Service Delivery Platform (SDP) and Converged Value Added Services product lines. He oversees the product development, product delivery, project management, and support and maintenance functions for these solution.
Kenan Esmer has over 17 years of experience in R&D, engineering, business unit management, product development and maintenance specifically in the telecommunications industry. He also brings entrepreneurial experience with start-ups and early stage companies.
Before joining Telenity, Mr. Esmer worked for Telsoft as software engineering group leader responsible for architecture, design and development of AIN/IN platforms. Prior to Telsoft, he was with Access DC & IT, where he supported Turkish Infonet, an international private network operator, with sales and customer relationship management.
Esmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Engineering from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey.

Levent Ozbilgin – VP Engineering
As VP of Engineering, Levent Ozbilgin is responsible for managing the overall engineering, project management and support organization of Telenity. He oversees the product development, product delivery, project management, and support and maintenance functions for the organization.
Levent Ozbilgin has over 10 years of experience in R&D, engineering, business unit management, product development and maintenance specifically in the telecommunications industry. He brings strong telecom industry experience in management of small and large groups with P&L responsibilities in product management, presales management, engineering management and software project management. Levent Ozbilgin has valuable hands-on product and technology experience in Value Added Services, Service Delivery Platforms, Network Operations as well as Fraud & Surveillance Management in telecommunications service providers.
Before joining Telenity, Mr. Ozbilgin worked for ECtel, a global provider of telecommunications OSS and BSS (Operational/Business Support Systems), as senior product marketing consultant responsible for international and technical marketing support for different product lines. Prior to ECtel, Ozbilgin was with Sotas (now SubexAzure) as product manager responsible for fraud detection and management product line.
Ozbilgin holds an MBA degree from The George Washington University, in Washington DC, USA and BSc in Management Engineering from Istanbul Technical University in Turkey.

Roger Whitham – VP Global Operations and Corporate Development
As VP Global Operations and Corporate Development, Roger Whitham leads Telenity’s worldwide operations, including administration, human resources, commercial contracts for both customers and vendors, and corporate development supporting Telenity’s global expansion strategy.
Roger Whitham’s over 20 years of industry experience includes executive positions in finance, operations and corporate development for companies focused on SS7, wireless and wireline value added services, billing and IP based next generation platforms. Whitham holds an MBA degree from University of Hartford, CT. Before joining Telenity, Whitham was the Commercial Director at INTEC Billing, Inc. (formerly ADC Telecommunications Software Systems Division). Previously, Whitham held director and manager positions at NewNet, Inc., Fleet Bank and several other financial organizations.

Aydin Kendir – SVP Global Sales and Product Delivery
As Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Product Delivery, Aydin Kendir oversees the pre-sales, sales, program management, product delivery and customer support functions at Telenity. Placing increased focus on global customers, partners and alliances, Kendir supports the company’s global expansion strategy.
Aydin Kendir’s over 15 years of industry experience includes executive positions in sales and business development for wireless and wireline value added services and IP based next generation platforms. Kendir holds a BA degree in Economics from Bosphorus University in Istanbul, Turkey. Before Telenity, Kendir was the HP OpenCall Sales and Business Development Manager for EMEA region. Previously, Kendir held director of sales position for Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa regions at Telenity. Prior to joining Telenity, Kendir held sales and management positions at Telular Group, Interfax, and Phoenix Wireless Group.

Feyyaz Atalay – VP EMEA Sales
As Vice President of EMEA Sales, Feyyaz Atalay is responsible for sales and partner management activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa regions. With over 15 years of industry experience, Feyyaz Atalay will lead the EMEA sales team to identify and drive targeted areas of growth in the region such as direct customers, partnerships and distribution channels, as well as drive the development and execution of Telenity’s EMEA corporate strategy. Previously, Atalay held sales account manager position at Ericsson Turkey. Previously, Atalay was sales director at Telenity where he helped develop the company’s sales team from its inception. Prior to Telenity, Atalay was with Ericsson as sales account manager for its wireless and wireline data networking where his team deployed to and supported the largest ISP in Turkey. Before Ericsson, Atalay held sales management and technical positions at Telsoft, Intelnet and Ortas. Atalay holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey.
