Baris Boy

Director, Finance

As Director of Finance, Baris Boy is responsible for Telenity’s global  financial planning, reporting and accounting functions based on legal, US GAAP and related country regulations.

With over 20 years of experience in financial industry, Baris Boy brings vast knowledge in operational and budgetary planning, financial statement preparation, analysis, monitoring and consolidation, and project based profit and loss analysis. 

Prior to Telenity, Baris Boy was the finance director and general manager at Seva Group Import and Export S.A. with operations in Turkey, Germany and Hong Kong. Previously, Boy served as  the finance director and general manager at Musicall Work Owners Group, and held financial management positions at Ucgen International Construction and Trade S.A.  (Turkey, Switzerland, United Kingdom), Axima Services Ltd. (United Kingdom)  and Xerox.

Boy holds an Msc in International Finance from University of Westminster in London, UK, and has multiple attendances in educational lectures and courses on financial strategies.
